Today The Sprout and I met up with 2 good friends for a nice walk along the river. The four of us are getting in shape for our exercise class which begins next week. The fresh air was great but the company even better!
"Ahhhh! Summer walks are sooo relaxing!" (don't you just LOVE this little guys hair!)
"OK Mom, enough pictures and fooling around. I am trying to enjoy the rushing sounds of the river and the sweet melodies of the birds while contemplating the historical background and importance of the South Saskatchewan River with my very serious look!"
