Remembrance Day

Today is a day for remembrance. I think it is very important to be thankful for the wonderful country we live in and for those who work so hard to keep us safe. I don't like war and I don't like fighting but I am proud to have two family members who stand strong and proud among those who work hardest for our freedom.

Today I say thank you to my Grandfather Moffat Anderson and to my cousin Adam Kinakin and to all others who keep and have kept our country safe.

Thank you indeed!! I took part in the Rememberance Day Service at school on Friday. I feel that many of our young adults (and maybe some older ones) really take our freedoms for granted! We truly are blessed to live in this country that so many gave their lives for us to be safe!!!!! After the service I was able to thank John, the War Veteran, that was at the school. He gave so much of himself and I can only imagine that he lost so much even though he returned home to Canada.
Thank you to all those who keep us safe all over the world!
